Submitting an application and deposit does not guarantee membership. Lumière reviews applications and may approve or decline any application at its sole discretion, without explanation.
*Membership is subject to a one-time initiation fee, set out in the membership agreement provided at enrollment.
The founding tier is limited to fifty members and, once filled, does not reopen. The founding rate is locked for twenty-four months from the start of membership, after which it steps to the then-current founding renewal rate. Full membership terms, including pricing, commitment, and conduct standards, are set out in the membership agreement provided at enrollment.
Lumière is a pre-opening business targeting a Q1 2027 opening. Dates are estimates and may change. If Lumière does not open, all deposits are refunded in full.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully. Lumière may decline or terminate any application or membership for conduct inconsistent with its standards.
The Site and pre-opening materials are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits your right to a refund of your deposit as described above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
